  • We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain order value (if applicable).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service may be available on selected pin codes and order values.

Please note:

  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.
